Drake is the main antagonist of The Pebble and the Penguin. He is a bulky, sinister penguin who plans on marrying the most beautiful female, Marina. She doesn't fall in love with him like every other female does. This sounds like human Disney villain Gaston in Beauty and the Beast, Jim from Edward Scissorhands, Steele from Balto, and Victor Quartermaine from Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were Rabbit (although Victor wants Tottington for her money not her looks). Like Gaston, Steele, Jim, and Victor he plans on getting rid of the male protagonist (this one being Hubie). He is voiced by Tim Curry.
