Berkeley Beetle is the (former) secondary antagonist of Thumbelina. He is, of course, a beetle, and a polite one and a bit neutral. He is forced into being Grundel Toad's helper, as he is blackmailed with Grundel taking his wings. He reformed in the end when he got his wings back and resumed his normal, pop-star life and after Grundel humorously bashing his head for failing to kill Prince Cornelius
Berkeley is voiced by Gilbert Gottfried, who had earlier voiced Iago and sung by Randy Crenshaw.
